Peggy Duncan     Peggy Duncan is the founder of The Digital Breakthroughs Institute, a productivity and technology training center in Atlanta, Georgia. Her mission is to help small business owners and professionals spend less time working but get more done.

Peggy is the author of several books on her training topics: The Time Management Memory Jogger(tm); Conquer Email Overload with Better Habits, Etiquette, and Outlook; and Just Show Me Which Button to Click! in PowerPoint. An ebook, Shameless Self-Promotion: DIY SEO, is available in Kindle format.

Duncan has appeared on NPR, CNN, the TODAY show, Black Enterprise Business Report, and the U.S. Virgin Islands PBS affiliate. Her expertise has been cited in O-The Oprah Magazine, Smart Money, Fortune Small Business, Black Enterprise, US News & World Report, Real Simple, Essence, Health, Fitness, Self, SUCCESS, Men’s Health, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post.

Duncan is an award-winning technology blogger and national spokesperson for AT&T’s line of business telephony products, including their Cordless Headset. She’s also a blogger for the SCORE Association and a guest author on about.com, a New York Times company.

Duncan was formally trained at IBM and was recognized by the chairman for improving processes that saved the company close to a million dollars a year. She received a BBA degree in marketing and a train the trainer certification from Georgia State University. She’s listed in Who’s Who in Black Atlanta.
